Website analytics and cookies

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand page visits and interactions, such as opening a case study or reaching the end of the landing experience. This setting covers threenix.io and developers.threenix.io. Rejecting analytics cookies does not prevent you using the sites.

We remember your choice in a preference cookie shared across these sites. To reset it before app settings controls are available, clear the Threenix site cookies in your browser and choose again. Rejecting after accepting removes the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site and reloads the page to stop Google scripts; it does not delete data already collected. We do not send names, email addresses or booking details in our analytics events. See Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s handling of data.

This preference controls Google Analytics. Our existing Vercel Analytics and any scheduling service you choose to open are separate services.

Agency outreach

We use publicly available business contact details to identify UK agencies that may benefit from specialist 3D web development. This may include a person’s name, role, employer, work email address, the public source, and our outreach history and preferences. Sources include company websites, Companies House, LinkedIn and other public business pages.

We use this information to introduce relevant Threenix services and explore agency partnerships. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in developing relevant business relationships. We limit outreach to a role-relevant contact or public company inbox and balance that interest against the contact’s reasonable expectations and right to object.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers that operate our email and website. They process data for us under their service terms; we do not sell prospect data. We review or remove silent prospect records 12 months after verification or the last contact. If you opt out, we keep only the minimum suppression record needed to avoid contacting you again.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. You can object to direct marketing at any time by replying to our email or writing to matt@threenix.io; we will stop. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
